H-CORE™ H.CORE® High-Strength Rigid Core

The H-CORE™ and H.CORE® products are innovative eco-friendly rigid cores developed from special materials and new manufacturing processes. This environmentally friendly FRP core is designed to replace traditional fiberglass cores, making recycling, turnover, and export transport more convenient. The surfaces of the cores feature a regular and uniform point pattern, enhancing air exhaust for a flatter base while increasing bottom friction to prevent issues like slippage and misalignment of materials. The H-CORE™ and H.CORE® products also provide an effective cost-reduction strategy, lowering expenses related to material costs, production costs, and delivery speeds. They can be reused multiple times without post-processing. The H-CORE™ and H.CORE® cores offer higher load capacity, and the high-density material provides better hardness, facilitating more efficient winding.
