The W-CORE® product is designed specifically for anti-slip applications, featuring a uniformly patterned corrugated interior that runs throughout the entire wall of the core. This design enhances friction when in contact with equipment, addressing situations where certain devices or winding shafts lack air expansion functionality or are non-standard in size. The W-CORE® corrugated core significantly increases the friction between the core and the equipment shaft, making the winding process more stable, thereby improving overall winding efficiency and yield. This helps customers avoid issues related to slippage.
