S-CORE® S.CORE® Anti-Crease Core

The S-CORE® and S.CORE® products are designed to improve the creasing at the bottom of the roll. The design concept utilizes a soft elastic layer to absorb the stress and tension from the materials being wound, effectively addressing issues that arise from stacking films of varying thicknesses. The S-CORE® and S.CORE® incorporate soft layers on the surface of the core, including foam cores, sponge cores, and soft rubber cores. They can be customized with varying thicknesses of foam or soft rubber, and special wrapping methods can be used, such as seamless foam or seamless soft rubber, to enhance the practicality and durability of the winding. This significantly increases the yield of the rolled materials, enhances product competitiveness, and lowers costs for improved cost-effectiveness
