X-CORE® Convenient adapter Core

The X-CORE® product is a convenient adapter that allows easy conversion between different sizes, such as from 3-inch to 6-inch, or from 3-inch to 8-inch. The X-CORE® can quickly achieve this conversion without needing to change the shaft size; it allows for a 3-inch shaft to fit a 6-inch core directly. The shape of the X-CORE resembles a sun wheel skeleton, and in addition to its conversion capabilities, it can also assist in winding the waste edges at both ends during winding. When in use, the shafts need only to be mounted simultaneously. Tianyu offers various widths of the X-CORE® product to meet different customer scenarios in winding, coating, and slitting processes.
