F-CORE® Rigid High-Strength Core

The F-CORE® core is an ultra-rigid product designed for winding materials weighing over a ton. The surface of the core is enhanced with a coating that can provide antistatic, conductive, and temperature-resistant properties. F-CORE® is available in a complete size range and supports custom-made inner diameters from 30mm to 500mm, with wall thicknesses customizable from 2mm to 50mm. This product has a higher value compared to H-CORE® and offers outstanding advantages under harsh winding conditions. F-CORE® can achieve a precision of up to 0.1mm, effectively increasing the yield of ultra-thin materials below 5um.
