D-CORE® Narrow Strip Plastic Rings

The D-CORE® narrow strip plastic ring is customizable in widths from 3mm to 300mm, designed for winding narrow metal strips and films. D-CORE® offers extremely high dimensional stability, and multiple ABS rings can be wound simultaneously with high straightness, ensuring consistent winding effects. Sizes available include 3 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, and 10 inches to fit different winding equipment. Tianyu can customize according to customer requirements, eliminating the need for customers to perform slitting, thus reducing their slitting costs.
