L-CORE® ABS Spoke Core

The L-CORE® product adopts a wheel-shaped spool design supported by eight ribs, ensuring high strength while achieving lightweight construction. The surface precision of the ABS spool is strictly controlled to ≤0.1mm. L-CORE® spools are available in sizes such as inner 3 inches and outer 6 inches, inner 3 inches and outer 8 inches, and Tianyu has a complete mold library to customize any length and width for winding high-precision film materials.
