Q-CORE® High-Precision PP Core

The Q-CORE® product features a single wall thickness made from PP material. Compared to PE cores, the Q-CORE® has slightly higher hardness; however, it is not recommended for multiple slitting applications. Both products offer a relatively balanced cost-performance ratio, with the choice mainly depending on the customer's usage habits. The PP core can also be customized in various wall thickness specifications and features a smooth surface that does not generate dust. It maintains dimensional stability and is not prone to deformation from moisture, providing excellent performance during the winding of film tape.
